About Royalty CV
Royalty CV is a career support platform built to help people who have been overlooked by traditional hiring systems. We focus especially on those who did not finish college, did not attend college, or have been left behind despite having the ability to work hard and succeed.
What Royalty CV Is
Royalty CV is a platform designed to help overlooked job seekers strengthen how they present themselves when applying for work. Through better tools, stronger guidance, and practical support, Royalty CV helps people compete more effectively for real opportunities.
Why Royalty CV Was Created
Too many people are judged only by formal education, polished backgrounds, or access to the right connections. That leaves out a large number of capable people who may be hardworking, reliable, and ready to grow, but who have not been given the same advantages.
Royalty CV was created to help close that gap. The goal is to give more people the support they need to present themselves professionally, apply with greater confidence, and move toward better opportunities.

Our Mission
Our mission is to help stop the generational poverty cycle by supporting overlooked job seekers with stronger tools, better guidance, and fairer access to opportunity. We believe stable work can change the direction of a person’s life, and over time, change the direction of a family’s future. That is why Royalty CV is focused on practical career support that helps people move forward.

Who We Serve
Royalty CV serves people who may not have college credentials, professional networks, or the kind of support that makes the hiring process easier. This includes job seekers who did not finish college, never had the opportunity to attend, are rebuilding after setbacks, or have simply been overlooked by systems that do not always recognize potential fairly.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create a more fair and supportive path into the workforce for people who have been left behind. We believe that when people are given stronger tools and better support, they have a better chance to secure stable work, build confidence, and create long-term opportunity for themselves and their families.
About the Founder
My name is Rosa Amelia Arnadottir, and I was born in Iceland in 1984. Over the years, my life and career have taken me between Iceland and the United States, shaping both my perspective and my purpose. I became a successful restaurant owner in Iceland at a young age, which gave me early hands-on experience in leadership, business development, hiring, and building something meaningful from the ground up. That experience taught me not only how to run a business, but also how to recognize people’s strengths, potential, and value, skills that have stayed with me ever since. Later, I moved to the United States, where life took an unexpected and deeply painful turn. I am a school shooting survivor, and that experience changed me forever. I know firsthand how trauma can affect a person emotionally, physically, and mentally. I understand how those experiences can snowball into fear, self-doubt, exhaustion, and setbacks that are often invisible to others.
But I also know this: You CAN rebuild.
Throughout my life, I have continued to get back up, rebuild myself, and rebuild my career. I have started businesses, hired people, brought ideas to life, and kept moving forward, even through some of the hardest chapters of my life. I have a natural gift for seeing potential, creating opportunities, and turning ideas into something real and purposeful. My professional experience has also continued in more structured environments. In my role with the Department of Transportation in Iceland, I wrote the handbook for an internationally awarded app, something I am very proud of. That experience strengthened my confidence in my ability to contribute meaningfully, communicate clearly, and help shape projects that make a real impact. This platform was born from both my business experience and my personal journey. I did not want to create just another CV generator. I wanted to build something that truly serves people who may feel overlooked, behind, or underestimated, the single parents, the survivors, the people with employment gaps, the people without fancy degrees, and the people who need someone to remind them that their story is not over.
